Ipswich was an important and prosperous town in Tudor England. Join the Ipswich Tourist Guides Association on a walk to discover some of the local characters who were key players at the court of Henry VIII and see some fine buildings that some of our Tudor ancestors may still recognise in the town today.

Notickets are issued for these walks, but your name and booking reference will bechecked during registration before the walks start.

Mostwalks cover the centre of Ipswich or the Waterfront where the terrain is flatand where there are good pavements. Routes are usually negotiable by andsuitable for wheelchairs or mobility scooters. The guides will adapt theirwalks and content to reflect the needs of those attending. Guide/assistancedogs are welcome, but may not be permitted incertain buildings.
